Delivery & Returns

 

Delivery:

We make sure our products stay as fresh as possible, therefore we make small batches frequently.

Please note that on occasion, some orders will be fulfilled on a made to order basis, however we will endeavour to minimise your wait times so you can get In The Glow ASAP!

We will keep you updated on your order and you can always feel free to contact us with any questions.

UK postage & packaging is charged at a standard rate of £3.95. 

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.

We currently only ship within the UK, however if you are an international customer, please drop us a message at info@intheglow.co.uk and we'll see what we can arrange!

* All prices and delivery estimates are subject to change, but we will inform you if they do!

Returns: 

Damaged Goods:

If in the sad and unfortunate event that your goods are damaged upon arrival, we will be happy to organise an exchange or refund.

Step 1. Please take a photo of the damaged products, as received and send to info@intheglow.co.uk within 14 days of receipt (UK customers only).

Step 2. We will be in touch with further information on next steps.

Just changed your mind?

You are legally entitled to cancel your order with us within 14 days (including weekends and public holidays) of notification of dispatch.

If the products have already been delivered to you, you should return the goods to us in their original packaging, unused and as soon as possible. We will process the refund as soon as we have received the returned goods (or within 14 days max). Please request a proof of return when sending the goods back to us.

Please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods, if the goods have already been despatched.
